Tasks and Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>Prepare financial statements and reporting.</li>
 <li>Helping develop budgetary and accounting policies.</li>
 <li>Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and industry standards.</li>
 <li>Manage audit and compliance and group reporting package.</li>
 <li>Analyzing operating costs and the income and expenditures of organizations.</li>
 <li>Monitor and analyse financial data, identifying trends and variances with emphasis on capital expenditure, personnel costs and operating expense review</li>
 <li>Preparing tax return and BAS lodgements.</li>
 <li>Manage month-end processes including journal review, preparation of monthly management accounts and reconciliations.</li>
 <li>Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documents and explanations for NDIS transactions.</li>
 <li>Advice on finance, possible fraud, insolvency and taxation to the management.</li>
 <li>Implementing and managing accounting systems and advising on the selection and use of various accounting tools and software.</li>
 <li>Assisting with other accounting tasks, as required.</li>
