Key Responsibilities * Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple investment funds. Prepare comprehensive financial statements and regulatory filings (SEC, GAAP). Lead the integration of AI-automated reconciliation and expense tracking software. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure seamless annual reviews. Analyze budget variances and provide forecasting reports to the CFO.
