Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager, Native Device Development Location: Dallas, Texas and Hybrid remote Level: Senior Management / Staff Level Reporting to: VP of Engineering / CTO Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Native Device Developer and Team Manager to lead our device engineering squad. This role is unique; you will be the technical authority on native "close-to-the-metal" development (iOS/Android/IoT) while simultaneously driving the growth, performance, and career development of a talented team of engineers. You will bridge the gap between complex hardware-software interactions and user-facing applications, ensuring our devices deliver a seamless, high-performance experience.
