Job Description:

Prepare accounts and tax returns. Ensure accuracy of financial information. Provide tax planning services, financial forecasting and risk analysis.

Support permanent innovation process by contributing to continuous improvement of our financial processes and use of our SAP system

Contribute to continuous improvement of our financial processes and use of our SAP system

Support to the Local Project Coordinator and Head Office Project Manager in managing the implementation Work in the CFO Team of several structural and operational tasks

Hands-on role includes preparing PowerPoint presentations, excel sheets, ERP and BI tools extracts

Eco friendly travellers are welcome to the office parking places for bikers and free card for public transportation are available to all employees

Build with the BU controller the plan, the budget, and the trends for the Advertising and Promotional spending of the Business Unit

Control and follow- up of all the marketing spending, seek for areas of savings and make proposals for cost optimization (ROI analysis)

Manage marketing resources and activities to deliver brand objectives , draw and follow-up relevant KPIs

Ensure alignment of relevant procedures and the best practices of Internal Control

Review of revenue and cost balances on monthly basis, work to resolve balances and ensure that Accounting entries and adjustments are performed by month-end close
