SOFTWARE ENGINEERMid-Level | Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer who has moved past the "how do I syntax?"phase and is ready to take ownership of features from conception to deployment. You'll be thebridge between our junior developers and senior architects, writing clean code while helping shapeour technical direction. Core ResponsibilitiesFeature Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services.Code Quality: Conduct thorough peer code reviews and advocate for best practices (CI/CD,TDD, and clean architecture).Problem Solving: Debug complex production issues and optimize application performance.Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to internal documentation.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn requirements intotechnical specifications.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years of professional experience in software development.Tech Stack: Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go) and familiarity with modern frameworks.Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational (SQL) and/or non-relational (NoSQL)databases.Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization(Docker/Kubernetes).Soft Skills: A "team-first" mentality with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
